Privacy policy
This site is deliberately plain: no form, no analytics, no advertising. Below is exactly what we process, why, and what you can ask of us.

- Legal name
- AHP L.L.C
- Address

For any question about your data, write or call us using the details above.
When you write or call us
The site has no contact form. You write to us on WhatsApp, call, or send an email, so we only process the data you give us yourself: your name, your phone number or email address, the content of your message and the car you are interested in.
We use that data only to answer you, to prepare an offer or to arrange a service appointment. We do not sell it, do not pass it on for advertising and do not send you messages you did not ask for.
WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. If you write to us there, your message travels through their systems under WhatsApp's own terms. If you would rather it did not, call us or send an email.
The site's cookies
The site sets two cookies, both necessary for it to work. There is no measurement or advertising cookie of any kind.
- NEXT_LOCALE — remembers the language you chose (Albanian, German or English) so the site does not reopen in a different one. It expires after a year.
- ahp-consent — stores your answer to the cookie notice, that is the value “all” or “essential only”. That is its entire content: no identifier, no date, no other trace. It expires after 365 days.
We use no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels and no other measurement tool. We build no profiles and do not follow you across other sites. Fonts and video are served from our own server, so opening the page sends nothing to a third party.
You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” link at the foot of every page.
Google Maps
On the contact page we show where we are with a Google Maps map. The map does not load by itself: without your consent you see a still panel with the address and a “Show the map” button. Only when you consent, or press that button, does your browser connect to Google.
Google then receives your IP address and details about your device and browser, and may set cookies of its own. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The details are in Google's privacy policy.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookies” link at the foot of the page. The “Open in Google Maps” button is an ordinary link and only takes you to Google once you press it.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like every server on the internet, it automatically logs requests: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the browser and the operating system. We need that to deliver the site, keep it secure and find technical faults; we do not link it to people and do not use it for advertising. The details are in Vercel's privacy policy.
Because Vercel also operates outside the country, server logs may be processed in other states, on the basis of the European Union's standard contractual clauses.
Legal bases
- For talking with you and preparing an offer or an appointment: pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
- For the necessary cookies and the server logs: our legitimate interest in running the site securely.
- For Google Maps: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and contact details for as long as your enquiry and our relationship with you require. If the enquiry becomes a contract, the statutory commercial and tax retention periods apply. Server logs are deleted automatically after a short period. Cookies expire on their own, and you can delete them from your browser at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, for processing to be restricted, for your data to be handed over to someone else, and to object to processing. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; that does not affect what came before.
Write or call us using the details above. We answer within the statutory deadlines and charge nothing for it.
If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can complain to the Information and Privacy Agency of the Republic of Kosovo. If you live in the European Union, you may also turn to the supervisory authority where you live.
Changes to this text
When the site changes — a new service, a new tool — we update this text with it. The version you are reading here is the one in force.
